Analytics Dashboard
The Analytics Dashboard is one of the three core components to the One of None platform. Here, brands can view a variety of data points on their drops as well as key industry insights. We segment data points into the following information packages, which are available for add-on purchases or otherwise unlocked at various pricing tiers:
Performance Data Package
Performance analytics are available to all creators who drop products using the One of None platform. These base-level data points include all of the key metrics surrounding the release of a product, including:
- Total revenue generated
- Total quantity sold
- Customer purchase information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email address
- Shipping Address
- Payment Method
- Returns / exchanges if applicable
- Total number of collection taps
- Claimed vs unclaimed assets
With our visualization tool, brands can easily filter the data to find more targeted information, and brands can drill into statistics by date, selecting between a single date or any custom time period.
Engagement Analytics Package
The Engagement package includes all of the data points available in the Performance package with the addition of more usage-based analytics. While the Performance package does provide visibility into the total number of collection taps via our Authentication Tags, the Engagement package enables brands to understand their customer behavior better than ever before. Additional data points in this package include the following:
- Taps by unique product
- Taps by unique device
- Taps by location
- Device type
- Device operating system
- Successful conversions
The Engagement package allows a variety of filters as well as date stamps to help brands drill deeper into their customer behavior and product usage.
Advanced Insights Package
The Advanced package includes all of the data points available in the Engagement package with the addition of more in-depth insights into how customers are interacting with brand products and content. With the Advanced package, brands can access the complete history of their customer engagement, in order to better strategize future drops. These additional Advanced data points include:
- Heat map of how much time customers spend on each section of each page
- All connected product profile clicks
- Detailed conversion analysis
- Web3 wallet analysis
- Wallet balance
- Current holdings
- AI-powered Insights:
- Drop pricing suggestions (based on existing customers and historic drops)
- Top customers report
- Top evangelists report
- Top block suggestions report
- Hot customers report (based on recent activity)
Like with the Performance and Engagement packages, all Advanced data points can be filtered by a range of criteria as well as by date-specific time periods.
Market Intelligence Package
The Market Intelligence package includes all of the data points available in the Engagement package while adding industry and market segment-specific information to help brands strategize drops. The One of None cloud is a robust database of industry performance statistics that, when coupled with the Advanced Analytics package, provides brands with the best opportunity for strategizing a future release. The Market Intelligence package displays a wide array of new insights, including:
- Other brands’ drops on the market
- Other brands’ drops in recent history
- Detailed product/collection analysis:
- Product description
- Retail price
- Quantity (if known)
- Availability / Sell Out status
- Customer analysis based on social behavior
- AI-powered Insights:
- Drop capsule suggestions
- Drop pricing suggestions (based on existing data and market information)
- Drop timeline suggestions (announcement through release)
- Suggested collaborators based on target market
