Hybrid Assets
Platform
Hosted Vaults
One of None now offers a premium service to its creators called Hosted Vaults. Each Hosted Vault is a digital space where creators launch hybrid products and build unique branded experiences. It is a hosted web application that we deploy and connect to a custom subdomain (eg. vault.acme.com).
Within their custom Vaults, creators have all of the necessary tools to launch products in several formats, display all past hybrid collections, reward their customers, facilitate resale transactions, and handle individual Redemption and Revaulting product requests.
Each Vault is backed by our physical infrastructure and authentication standard.
Hybrid Retail
Hosted Vaults are designed to support multiple retail methods including integrations with existing e-commerce platforms as well as our Web 2.5 Checkout.
Web 2.5 Checkout
By default, products listed on each Hosted Vault are available for purchase with both crypto and fiat payment methods. Our proprietary solution pegs the price of a product’s native blockchain currency (eg. Ethereum or Solana) to the price of USD in real-time. This allows creators to maintain the price integrity of fiat while accommodating the widest possible audience.
End-users can connect their own personal crypto wallets to facilitate a transaction or they can opt to use a One of None account that automatically generates all required wallets.
Creators can also determine the format in which their products launch, including:
- Auction
- Dutch Auction
- Lottery
- Giveaway
- FIFO
E-Commerce Integrations
Hosted Vaults will integrate with existing e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, to provide a frictionless purchasing experience. Customers can purchase a hybrid product on the creator’s primary storefront and receive a follow up email with instructions on how to claim their product’s digital token via Vault.
This solution removes complexities from the sales process and offers a user-friendly and familiar format for introducing hybrid products to an existing, traditional customer base.
Hybrid Resale
Once a collection completes its primary sale offering, creators can also use their Hosted Vault to curate which products can be resold on the branded secondary exchange.
Peer-to-Peer
Hosted Vaults support peer-to-peer resale with minimum condition requirements. Creators are free to set custom royalties and price floors on their resale collections if they wish to maintain price integrity.
Curated Drops
Creators can also initiate buy-back programs where they handpick older product lines to refurbish and re-launch as new releases. One of None helps facilitate the collection and authentication of buy-back eligible products.
Community Tools
One of the most valuable features of our Hosted Vault offering is its full suite of community building tools. Because Hybrid products are connected to immutable blockchain tokens, we can give creators the ability to offer membership benefits to their customers.
For example, token gating is an easy and accessible way to offer rewards to product owners. A token gated section restricts access to content unless the logged-in user possesses a specific product or combination of products. Token gating applies to wide assortment of community benefits, including:
- Exclusive content
- Early access to future drops
- Metaverse experiences
- Claimable tickets
- Access to premium merchandise
- Discounts on other approved products
Collector Accounts
The final component of a Hosted Vault is the user account system. Creators can allow their customers to create accounts to manage their hybrid products and interact with one another in one branded experience.
User accounts share all of the same benefits that we offer One of None collector accounts via our Collector Dashboard. For example, users can log in to view or sell their hybrid purchases for that specific brand. They can also decide to vault or redeem their physical items at any time.
Account management is critical for the collector experience and it also helps drive community engagement for creators.
