With the ability to customize blocks on the Connected Profile, brands can easily point collectors to preferred service providers. Not only does this enhance the ownership experience by providing more information to collectors on how to maintain the condition of their products, but this also opens the door to affiliate marketing opportunities with business partners.
We believe that information is power, and by integrating post-purchase services into the product ownership equation, we empower customers to better use their products by having the proper care information readily available.
Branded Resale
In addition to post-purchase services, our technology also enables resale transactions to occur while maintaining the link between the physical good and its Connected ID. With our ability to “freeze” tokens in collector wallets, we can prevent collectors from selling either the physical or digital and keeping its counterpart in their possession (often referred to as “de-coupling” the assets). With our platform, users can resell goods in an on-brand and verified manner in order to protect brand integrity and collector sentiment.

With Connected Profiles establishing new digital real estate managed by brands but in the possession of consumers, our solution promotes an increase in brand awareness through a product’s complete lifecycle.
