Customer Loyalty
With all of the noise in the market today, customer loyalty is becoming an increasing challenge for brands to tackle. We believe that loyalty is established through optimizing the customer experience and have engineered our platform to do so. Our solution offers the perfect complement to brands that have built their e-commerce experience through Shopify and are looking for additional means of retaining customers. We allow seamless e-commerce integration, improved customer engagement, and post-purchase rewards that promote additional conversions.
Token-Gated Access
One of the most exciting features of our Customer Loyalty solution is gating access to certain products, based on existing Connected Product ownership. This allows brands to:
- Make new drops entirely exclusive to owners and prevent access in perpetuity until certain criteria is met
- Provide early access to drops by implementing a product gate for a designated period of time prior to the public-facing drop
- Reward owners with a gated product that is free for those who can access it
For consumers who try to access a gated product webpage, they will be prompted with a pop-up window that requires a designated Connected Product (or multiple) in order to proceed with selecting a size or colorway.
Discounts
In addition to the gated access, our Shopify integration allows brands to reward Connected Product owners with flexible discounts. Brands can:
- Provide a fixed dollar amount discount to a product or range of products
- Provide a percentage discount to a product or range of products
- Alter discounts as needed over time
Ownership-based discounts are an easy and effective way to promote post-purchase collector engagement and therefore customer loyalty. Brands can create, delete, and adjust discounts at will in order to increase taps, content consumption, and subsequent conversions. Moreover, brands can use discounts as a creative means for controlling inventory management when the carrying costs of holding inventory become too expensive to maintain. Rather than offering a blanket discount to the public, One of None offers a seamless solution for marketing discounts as an exclusive offering to reward top collectors.
